1. The service
Revenue Leak AI ("the service") connects to billing, commerce, analytics and advertising accounts that you authorise, analyses them for revenue leaks, and — when you explicitly approve an action — executes fixes in those accounts on your behalf.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the actions of team members you invite into your organisation.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to connect the accounts you add to the service.
3. Connected data sources
Access tokens and API keys you provide are encrypted before storage and used only to run audits and to execute fixes you approve. Audits are read-only by default. You can disconnect any source at any time, which stops future access.
4. Automated fixes
A fix runs only after you press Execute on a specific finding. Every fix is written to an audit log with the user, timestamp and result. You remain responsible for the business outcome of any change made in your connected accounts.
5. Estimates, not guarantees
Savings figures are estimates calculated from your own data using documented detector logic. They are informational and are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and they are not a guaranteed outcome.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through our payment provider. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access accounts you are not authorised to access, to reverse engineer or resell the service, to overload the infrastructure, or to break any applicable law.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features, detectors and plan contents; material changes to these terms will be announced in-app or by email.
9. Termination
You can delete your organisation and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other customers.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or profits.
