Refund Policy

If Revenue Leak AI is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full — no audit of your reasons required.

Monthly renewals after the first payment are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Yearly plans: within 14 days of the charge we refund in full. After that we refund the unused full months on request, minus any months already used at the monthly rate.

Demo mode and test mode let you see the full product with sample or sandbox data before paying, so you can confirm the fit without a subscription.

Refunds may be declined for accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, or where the subscription was purchased through fraud or abuse of the refund policy.

Email support@revenue-leak.biz from the address on your account with the organisation name. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from the billing section in the app — cancellation stops future charges immediately.
